Viktor Ullmann and Alexander Zemlinsky were both composers who would be much better known if they hadn't been persecuted in their native Germany. This interesting DVD brings together rarely seen one act operas; Ullmann's Der zerbrochene Krug and Zemlinsky's Der Zwerg.
