I've barely lost any poundage this year but my body fat is down 3 or 4% and I've cleary gained muscle so all is not lost. I need to do more cardio if I'm going to lose the fat any faster. Nice to be doing it without any dieting though. I guess since it's limited what I can eat while training all afternoon it becomes a slight calorie control measure without having to think about it.
