Feeling like an athlete again
In the last week or so running has got noticeably easier. I'm making a much better pace. My gait has improved from jogging to definitely running and I can push the pace quite a bit and even crank out a really accelerated finish. It's carrying over to the rugby pitch too. Considering that a year ago I wasn't sure if I would ever run again this is very good news indeed.
