Pet peeve

I hate crossword clues involving or appertaining to vegetation. I hate with a burning passion crossword clues that involve or appertain to stupid Tennysonian synonyms for vegetation.

they rarely seem to extend beyond cricket (OK) and golf (very much not OK)
