Kittens develop distinctive personalities very young. The latest lot are good examples. Monster and Tabbygirl are friendly enough but they aren't really people kittens. Mostly they play with each other and sometimes with the older cats, rarely with

lemur_catta or I. Tabbyboy though is a total people cat. He's on my lap now and spent most of last night in bed with me. He's quite aggressively people oriented. He hunts fingers and toes and likes to climb up people. He chews me a lot and loves to be stroked and scritched. He's really rather adorable.
