It's curious to see Mike Gapes, formerly of Clause 4 and Broad Left, cheerleading for Liz Kendall. He used to wear a badge with a T34 on it.

In a parallel universe here in Manchester, a retired councillor was telling me that he was baffled to find a woman whom he'd always found to be on the right wing of the party was acting as Jeremy Corbyn's official representative at the constituency hustings. I said "Perhaps she was a sleeper" and he said "It must have been a pretty deep sleep."
