Sick and twisted 'humour'

Sunday morning, lemur_catta and I are driving past Exhibition place on our way to do some boring shopping. The traffic is unusually heavy.

me: The Home Show is on

lemur_catta: They should have a Homeless Show. You know, the latest in used refrigerator cartons.

me: Its not 'homelessness' its 'caring for the mentally ill in the community'.

lemur_catta: Free range mental patients.

Where did today go already

Since yesterday's run through of the client presentation went just fine I decided I would use today to get caught up on a variety of errands. So far today:

Dropped lemur_catta off at circus school
Shopping - MEC, IKEA, groceries, booze, office supplies, gas
Cleaned cat boxes
Took out garbage and recycling
Medium length run

To do:

Frame and hang Soviet poster
Hang lemur_catta's Christmas poster
Cook dinner
Stow groceries etc
Clean up kitchen
Collapse in heap

What an exciting life!
