So the British government in the person of former CPGB thug John Reid is reintroducing prison hulks. Transportation to the colonies can't be far behind.

Am I the only one who finds it amusing that she also suggested using former holiday camps as prison sites? I can't quite quash the mental images of a new series of Hi-de-Hi! based on that premise...

I fear that sending prisoners to Butlitz would almost certainly violate EU Human Rights legislation.
