The biggest and baddest trend is a turnoff for me (hello flying monkeys) but I have found myself pleasantly surprised with Muskoka's Mad Tom IPA... I guess it's a question of biggest, baddest and tastiest. It doesn't take a genius to add more flavourful hops to an ale, but it takes one to make it work well.
