I suspect it would be quite eclectic but would centre on robust dishes, I'm thinking the sort of stuff Bob Berman did at the Avocado Club with maybe a French provincial twist. I would definitely have a brilliant, somewhat offbeat, wine list.
2. ...owned a small store, what kind of merchandise would you sell?
Small press books and livres d'artiste and/or fountain pens.
3. ...wrote a book, what genre would it be?
I have had the idea for a long time now that the world needs a comic novel about management consulting.
4. ...ran a school, what would you teach?
History and logical thinking/writing skills.
5. ...recorded an album, what kind of music would be on it?
