I had a thoroughly rotten night; periods of sleeplessness punctuated by dreaming of stuffing lettuce into hand grenades. I don't get it either. Having failed to count sheep last night, I shall now act like one and go with the latest meme ganked from all over LJ-land.

'I want everyone who reads this to ask me 3 questions, no more no less. Ask me anything you want. Then I want you to go to your journal, copy and paste this allowing your friends (including myself) to ask you anything'

Just ordered my Opera Atelier tickets for the 2004/5 season. A pair of section A's (orchestra stalls) for the opening night of each show. So on November 21st we are seeing Don Giovanni and on April 21st next year we have Dido and Aeneas and Charpentier's Acteon. I love Dido and Aeneas.

Reminder to those of you around Toronto who care about such things, there are still tickets available for Lully's Persee later this month. I saw this production when it premiered in 2000 and its worth a go. The Opera Atelier 2000 production (this is a revival) was the first time this work had been staged since the French Revolution. Its a lot more fun the Die Walkure!
