Cooking up a storm

I've been doing some freezer restocking and other cooking today. There is a large casserole of polpette al forno in the fridge for dinner tomorrow night. There is a huge pan of daube and a large batch of ragu Bolognese cooling on the stove until its cool enough to divvy up into freezer containers.

And in other news, lemur_catta's flight gets in in about two hours from now.
