Analytical cheesiness

So 60% of you like stinky, artisanal cheeses but only six people list a washed rind cheese as one of their favourites. One third of those six is made up of myself and pigsnout000 and a further sixth is French. That means that only three normal people out of fifty or so are into the oozy olefactory overload that is a ripe Époisses or Mont d'Or. You are missing out! Try it! Or maybe you shouldn't, I want there to be plenty left for me.
