Still lurgified

Sleep deprivation is not good. Despite yet more Ibuprofen I spent most of last night up and about for the sake of something to take my mind off the ache in my shoulder plus I feel guilty tossing and turning and disturbing the lemur. On a positive note I didn't have any serious loss of feeling episodes last night, just a constant slight ack of sensitivity in my left hand.
