Calling bullshit

There are lots of things to not like about Geoffrey Boycott but he talks more sense than the rest of the Test Match Special team put together. The rest of them are so busy being nice to their mates in the cricket establishment that they become totally uncritical when the cricket is deteriorating to total bullshit. I particularly liked it when he raised the issue of Geraint "Holy Cow" Jones this morning. Agnew just brushed the question off, probably because even to consider it is an implied criticism of Duncan Fletcher. I reckon Jones has become the John Prescott of English cricket. He's a useless prat but to sack him would be to admit that the critics were right all along.

Minor celebrity incident

I bumped into food channel 'personality' Christine Cushing at the St. Lawrence Market this morning. Actually, she bumped into me but what the heck. She's smaller than I would have thought.
