I still hate Rogers
Oct. 3rd, 2007 02:48 pmBack on August 16th I posted about how we were being buggered about by Rogers. Specifically they managed to delete one of our 2 IP addresses when they 'upgraded' our modem. After going well up into the ranks of management I was assured that the problem was fixed. I went out and bought a router anyway so it became irrelevant. Today I got round to cancelling the second IP address, or rather trying to. My bill shows I am paying for an extra address but the provisioning system shows we only have one so the lying bastards never did provide the second IP address but the weaselly l;ittle sods continue to bill for it. Now the billing office is telling me that only tech support can remove an IP address and tech support are saying that I only have one so there is nothing they can do. The sheer overwhelming fuckedupness that is Rogers just staggers me.
