I plucked up the courage to go see a dentist after far too long. I got a very promising sounding recommendation from okoshun (thanks!!!!) so I went there. Everything went fine. I didn't freak out though my body pretty much did. my blood pressure was way up this morning. Predictably I have lots of plaque and my gums are a bit of a mess but they reckon they can fix that n two more sessions. beyond the gunge build up and attendant effects my teeth are essentially just fine. This is very reassuring.
