Boggled by the Olympics yet again

There was some kind of Olympic event on all the TV screens at the pub at lunchtime. It featured teams of five girls in skimpy sequinned costumes doing what looked like badly choreographed modern dance with a skipping rope. Seriously if they are going to have dance masquerade as sport why don't they at least choose an aesthetically pleasing dance form?

I'm also wondering if the chances of getting rugby sevens into the Olympics would be boosted if we had the girls wear sequinned bikinis.
