Back on-line

Back from two days in San Francisco without internet access. Brief summary:

Friday - lunch at the Cliffhouse courtesy of lemur_catta's aunt. Yummy. Women Impressionists at the Legion of Honour. Rather dull. Drinks with helianthas and darcydodo. Fun. helianthas is looking hotter than ever and Miss Dodo is charming.

Saturday - Scrambling around the Sutro Baths site. The Chihuly exhibit at the De Young. Much more varied and interesting than I epected. I cooked lamb shanks and stuff for us in the evening which went rather well with a very nice bottle of Clos du Bois Shiraz.

Today - Regrouping before heading up north for a couple of days. Biting nails while waiting to hear how the boys did today.

So we lost the semifinal by 7-5. We scored a try with no time left and the conversion kick went just under the bar. So it goes.
