Yay!

Today is the first day in three weeks when the first thing I have noticed on getting out of bed in the morning was not my damned ankle. This is progress indeed. Physio yesterday kicked serious ass. S. did high intensity laser on the scarring, some really ouchy massage to loosen up the ileo-tibial (??) bands and a whole bunch of acupucture from the arch of the foot almost up to the knee. She must have stuck about ten needles in me. Seems to be working. It'll be interesting to see how it goes on what is going to be a very cold walk to work.

Just a tiny bit obsessed

I've had this phone for over two months but I've only just got around to customising it (partly because I only put the memory card in on Monday!).
