Big shout out for the ladies of the Canadian rugby team who qualified for the WRWC semis with a terrific tie against England.  A special cheer for captain Kelly Russell and baby sister Laura.  Their father was once a team mate of mine.

Cracked a bottle of Leoville Poyferre '96 last night to celebrate my increasing ageitude.  Classic St. Julien.  Cassis, cedar, tobacco.  Gorgeous.

Biking off to see Bicycle Opera at the Brickworks this afternoon.  Wonder if Geoff gets to do his sheep impersonation.
