Preserving
Dec. 22nd, 2017 08:28 amThe Kittenkondo seems to have become a preserving preserve. Right now there is gravlax doing its thing in the fridge and a batch of jerky in the oven with another one to go later. In the fridge there are:
- Garlic scapes (ferment)
- Shallots (ferment)
- Garlic (sweet, vinegar)
- Vietnamese sandwich pickle with a twist - beets as well as carrot and daikon used
- Salted limes
