In which I goof up again

I managed to put my mouthguard through the washer and the dryer today, having left it in the pocket of my shorts. Fortunately it doesn't seem too much the worse for wear which is good because it's the kind that's custom made from a cast of my toothy appendages. Anyone who has to wear a mouthguard will know that one doesn't wear one for fun so a well fitting, reasonably comfortable one is a very good thing.

In other news, I have a rather spectacular bruise on the inside of my left arm.
