I have only found one really good Thai store. It's at basement level on the west side of Spadina, north of Dundas. I get most of the stuff I need at either of the two big stores at Gerrard and Broadview. Finding Bplah Daek or salted kingfish or galangal or krachai is easy. It's a bit harder to find stuff like holy basil or fresh turmeric though.
