Winter is here

It's -10C outside the Kitten Kondo, -17 if one factors in the windchill. The first storm of the winter is on its way with 10cm of snow forecast for tonight and either more snow or freezing rain tomorrow. yesterday Environment Canada predicted the coldest winter since 1994 and the snowiest since 1999 when the army was called in to get snowbound emergency cases to hospital.
