RIP Katja Meirowsky

So in the last few days the news reached the Kitten Kondo of the death of Katja Meirowsky. Katja was a friend of lemur_catta's father. They painted together in Ibiza in the 50's and lemur_catta is named for her.  She was also the last surviving member of the anti-Nazi resistance movement in Berlin during WW2.  She was also a very fine artist.  So ends an era.
