chickenfeetI did it. My annual sales shopping trip in which assorted deferred and mostly boring purchases are knocked off in one swell foop. The Eaton Centre approximates to my vision of Hell. L'enfer; c'est les autres.
It is clear, cold and a touch windy today with no snow in sight. The ski resorts are reporting a thin, frozen hard base with bare patches. In other words, its about as bad as can be. So no skiing for me for now. I shall try out my new running shoes this afternoon instead.
