Just gah!

Cycling in Toronto one gets used to inconsiderate and downright dangerous driving but this morning I clocked a new one.  Some asshat had parked in a contraflow bike lane.  It's bad enough to have to merge with traffic to avoid an illegally parked vehicle but having to do so against the flow of traffic raises things to a whole new level.
