A poke in the eye

 Tomorrow I'm having rather minor eye surgery to clean up protein deposits on my bionic eye.  I'm rather hoping I have to wear a patch over one eye as I'm seeing Die Walküre again on Friday.

It's a very minor procedure. Basically they just laser the protein off the plastic lens.

My dad has just got his second bionic eye. I spent part of today reading the bouchures that explain the procedure used to remove cataracts
