Cheap lamb

 The butcher had minced lamb for $2/lb on Friday.  Last night we had lamburgers.  The rest I turned into a giant batch of kheema.  Now in food coma brought on by Basmati rice, kheema, dal, cauliflower and carrots cooked with yoghourt and spices, a crunchy salad and pickles.  The freezer is happy too.

I'd leave the lamb out of it but the rest sounds yummy!
