chickenfeetA shortish run today (4km) but mostly at race pace rather than ass-dragging pace I tend to be reduced to by the cold weather. It is cold today (-17C) but virtually windless so running is not too bad. I think I rather overdressed and ended up taking hat and gloves off. I was breathing pretty hard which is an interesting sensation when the air is so cold. Does anyone know if low temperatures affect oxygen take up at all?
