Monday, bloody Monday.

I am exhausted. Partly it is physical. Playing hard for an hour in yesterday's heat has left me with muscles that are simultaneously stiff and jelly like plus my left ankle has the usual degree of inflammation and I caught the sun a bit. It's also mental. Yesterday's flare ups on top of the week from Hell at work have just drained me of any sort of mental spark. I really need to get my head around something challenging but not depressing.

With a bit of luck I can manage my hours at the pension mines down a bit this week and do some relaxing as well as start looking for the next contract.
