Super samosas

To Little India to replenish pickle and chutney supplies. Surati Sweet Market has the best selection though it is impossible to shop there without coming away with a box of sweets too. On impulse I bought us a samosa each too. They were delicious; larger than your average samosa with a thin, crisp, flakey crust and a really good filling; still some texture in the potato and spiced just right. I see more of those samosas in my future.
