60 ml wouldn't last long around here. I buy the 750 ml size. It's used in just about every Thai dish as the basic salty seasoning. Most recently used in a salad of herbs, shallots, garlic, chillis and grilled beef seasoned with fish sauce and lime juice.
We quite often also have a jar of fish sauce with sliced chillis in it on the table to add zing to anything too bland.
Better get on to Mr Tanuja to start that kitchen extension. I thought that the site must have a typo until I looked at the photo behind the link.
There's a selling point for a block of flats, much like hot and cold running water, a special nozzle with fish sauce attached right by the hob (Squid Brand naturally). The owners/occupiers of the flats could pay a monthly fee.
