Still on the Thai jag. Tonight:

Curry of mussels and pineapple
Nam Prik Kapi with raw vegetables (Paste of garlic, chillis, dried prawns, kapi etc)
Spinach stir fried with yellow bean sauce
Sweet pork
Rice

I have the right recipe now! I made a dip pretty much identical to that a couple of weeks ago and served with crab crackers and raw veggies as part of a meal. It was very good indeed.

Tod mun pla was a dish we really wanted to try in Thailand but didn't manage to. We ordered a couple of things that sounded right but turned out to be quite different. The Bangkok Garden does a decent version though.
