Feb. 20th, 2005 05:34 pmAfter last night's messy encounters of a crabby kind, I've been cooking for the fridge/freeze today. This morning I made lhaksa (a curry/coconut milk soup with rice noodles, seafood, beancurd, beansprouts, herbs etc.), which provided a rather good lunch and provided plenty of the soup base for future use. This afternoon I produced a Chinese casserole of shin beef, fried beancurd and dried mushrooms which should fill several freezer containers plus mayonnaise that will serve, with crab and cucumber salad, for dinner tonight.
