chickenfeetAccording to the former commissioner of the Metropolitan Police writing in the ever reliable News of the World as reported by the (also ever reliable) BBC., there are 200 AL Qaeda militants roaming the streets of the UK plotting fiendish deeds. What I want to know is, if the police have evidence enough to allow a (hopefully) responsible senior police person to make such claims, why have no arrests been made or charges laid? Can we expect faked up telegrams from a bunker in Afghanistan in the run up to the election, 1924 style?
