It's almost as if they're not sure what the bigger news item is:
A picture of an empty room where Charlie and Cami are getting hitched or a cannibal pyscho-killer.
If it was anything other than the Standard (which lets be honest, has all the hallmarks of a local paper), I'd be worried about the standards of British journalism :)
