I'm in the process of ripping my CDs of A Dance to the Music of Time to MP3. Gracenote is having a hard time with the disks. For some reason it thinks that episode 2 of A Buyer's Market is Nirvana Live.

I've had some interesting ones like that. I think CDDB computes the disc signature from the TOC, so if you have two discs with the same number of tracks and they're all the same length, they can get confused.
