chickenfeetBack in the days when I worked in the frozen food industry in the Uk the standard "beefburger" was a two ounce patty. The quarter pounder was very much the upscale Uberburger. So how come, tonight, as I look at slightly more than one pound of meat in a bowl, it looks grossly insufficient to make four burgers?
