1. What is the significance of your LJ username (I'm genuinely curious)?
See the icon to this post. When I started on LJ the people I knew were mostly from the local burner community. The large rubber feet I'm wearing in the photo were well known to them. Hence the name.
2. Burning Man... I'm intrigued... How did attending change/affect your life?
I don't think it was life changing. It was an interesting experience. Intense. At times enjoyable, at times anything but, but not life changing.
3. If there were one thing you could do over in your life, what would it be and why?
Oh God! Where to start? I should probably have gone to the US and done an MBA c. 1982. There are other mistakes I wish I could reverse but that is a single obvious change I could have made.
4. Have you ever lost a good friendship that was your own fault?
I can't think of any massive bust ups. Various very good mutual friendships have died through inanition. That happens rather easily when one moves a lot.
5. How would you spend your ideal weekend?
Climbing or skiing but staying in a good hotel so one could return from potentially cold, wet, tiring activity to hot baths, good food, good drink and someone else to do all the work.
