Reflections on that "Guess who?" meme

I was surprised by how modal the distribution of the number of necessary guesses was. For the most part I could either get someone in one or two tries or it took forever. There were very few people that I was able to deduce progressively. I don't know if there is any significance in the fact that most of the ones I got really quickly were people I had actually met, since that certainly doesn't necessarily correlate with people I think I know quite well.
