My mom has a small gray kitten who was christened "Sumpin." She asked my nephew (3 years old) what she should name her new cat, and he shrugged and said, "I don't know. Somethin'!" But he pronounced it "Sumpin," and so "Sumpin" she is. ;-)

"Mita Dhuusarah" means "little grey" in sanskrit, if I'm not mistaken that is also the language of Leela and Padmini's names so it could work. You have got to love online dictionaries. You could also call her MD for short so it works.
