More adventures in Thai cooking

Last nights effort:

Green curry of fishballs and apple eggplants (piece of cake, it was in the freezer)
Crispy deep fried tilapia
Snowpeas and beansprouts stirfried with garlic
Coconut cream and salted crab relish
Platter of green mango and raw veggies
Grilled beef salad
Roast pork and beancurd soup
Jasmine rice

Sounds like a lot of work but wasn't. I am seriously hooked on crispy deep fried fish and the coconut/crab relish.

I see from Google images that apple eggplants are what I call Thai eggplants. I'd never heard them called that before.

Actually, I still haven't, seeing as I've only read, not heard, this post.

I guess there are two kinds of eggplants I think of as "Thai". The "apple" ones and the small bitter "pea eggplants".
