lemur_catta has persuaded me to join her low carb experiment. If anyone has any nifty low carb recipes you know where to find me.

And don't forget to stow your stunsails and clew up your buntlines in honour of Quack Like a Duck Talk Like a Pirate Day. Here in almost but not quite in the path of Hurricane Isobel Toronto you could probably be sailing quite happily with a couple of reefs in your topsails.

Apart from the no booze for the time being bit its not bad at all. Big question for me is 'does it work?'
