Feeling a bit of a wreck

Considering the most energetic thing I did this weekend was walk down to Cherry Beach I think it's a bit unfair that I look and feel like I played a hard game of rugby. Part of the problem is that the evil ankle® has decided to play up again. The rest of the damage is due to assorted kittens using the mighty slopes of Mt. Chickenfeet for crampon practice. I'll never be cruel to an icefall again.

I'm off to the vet at lunchtime to get the little monsters checked out again. I think it will be a clean bill of health but time will tell.

Hmmm.....my dodgy knee® is doing it's best to disrupt my daily routine, too. I'm fine walking, sitting, etc...but at the first sign of stairs I'm in agony. And I don't even have mountaineering kittens to console me! *sniff*

hmm maybe I can exorcise your ankle demon when I get home. Should be fun to try anyway...I hear demons hate hot compresses, massage and kisses :)
