Shoulder update

Shoulder is still not right. The good news is that I have 95% normal feeling in my left hand and that for a few blissful hours last night I was pain free. How far this was due to healing and how much due to popping Ibuprofen like Smarties I'm not sure. It's still decidedly uncomfortable but I did manage to work out this morning though no upper body work.

Eep. Ibuprofen is the food drug of the gods, but don't do anything crazy while you're on it and can't feel anything.

One of the consequences of having a buggered up ankle is that I have lots of practice at coping with Ibuprofen.
