from [livejournal.com profile] f4f3:

Ask me three questions. Any three questions. Of any nature. I will answer as truthfully as I can, and as correctly as I can. Dont blame me if you dont like the answers! Then post this in your own journal, thus letting your friends (me included) ask you anything.

I'm tempted to use the same set of questions I just asked http://parthenia14.livejournal.com/ in fact:

1. Breast or Thigh?
2. Youth or Experience?
3. North or South?

1. I'm more of a bottom man really. Not that I can't be driven half insane by a shapely breast or thigh or, come to that, ankle, shoulder or neck.

2. On balance I'd go with experience though if I could combine it with the physical resilience and recovery time of youth that would be just about ideal.

3. I'm a creature of the North. When other people are dreaming of beaches in Cancun or Costa Rica I'm thinking about canoeing on the Shield or climbing in the Rockies. Then there's the English dimension. What sane person would prefer the Cotswolds to the Pennines or Surrey to Northumberland?

Thanks - I now know more about you than I did, which is kind of the point. Although, ankles?

Oh, yes - I get ankles, too!

1. How does it feel to have a stream of young and unbelievably cute cats flowing through your life? And don't you want to keep them to find out what they'll grow into?

2. (Apologies for stealing your own question, but I thought it was a great question - "I wish I had thought of that"! And paraphrased.) What unresolved scientific question most interests you?

3. What would you change about Canada, if you could?

1. They keep me much more cheerful than I would otherwise be. I think one has to be philosophical about not keeping them. The shelter is pretty good about vetting adopters so I don't have too many worries that way. Some of course one gets more attached to than others but life goes on.

2. It's definitely the big question around unifying Quantum Field Theory and General Relativity and all the sub-questions that that involves about origins, dimensionality, branes etc.

3. Quite a few things. I'd like to see a resolution of the Quebec issue. Let them make their collective mind up whether to go or stay but stop behaving as if it would be the end of the world if they went. The other issue would be the more general one of reducing the "democratic deficit" through electoral reform, an effective Senate and a reduction in the powers of the PM and the provincial premiers.

1. Did you have a happy childhood?

2. What are your plans for the next 5 years?

3. Favorite sexual position?

1. Not really. My parents are fine people but not perhaps the ideal environment providers for a depressive of strongly intellectual tendencies. Getting away to university was so important to me!

2. First and foremost find a job that fits again. Everything else really turns on that.

3. Giving hot and hard from behind to a girl with a very well smacked bottom.

You know, I've been told all my life that men didn't like bottoms -- at least not ample and well-rounded ones ...
