At the Armed Forces Staff College last night for the rugby team's end of course bash. I was (a/be)mused by several people bemoaning their lot in being posted to Ottawa rather than somewhere like, say, Afghanistan. I kid you not. Admittedly if I was being posted to the DND/IBM ERP fiasco I would probably prefer Afghanistan but....
