International Development Secretary Hilary Benn is to be "ministerial champion for international corruption", Prime Minister Tony Blair said.

I assume Peter Mandelson was too busy with purely European corruption.

Well, they have "drugs tsars" and the Serious Organised Crime Agency, so why not someone to head up corruption as well?

It always amused me that, where I work, we have a Fraud Department...
